Tomorrow, January 18th, retickr service will be suspended in protest of SOPA/PIPA.
Our company is built around the ability to freely receive and share information and SOPA/PIPA is a serious threat to our ability to serve news and allow our users to upload their own content to the retickr database.
Our service will resume on January 19th.
In other more cheerful news, retickr 2.0 is close to being done and while the last several months have been painful, I believe it will be well worth the wait when we re-launch a product that not only looks beautiful, but is fully functional and serves your Facebook, Twitter, and RSS in minutes and hours… not days.
